Since then my vehicle has received impeccable service from the dealership’s outstanding service department. Dillon Hasty and the service department team continue to take excellent care of my vehicle and deliver outstanding customer service. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. I’ve had my C300 for 3 years now and have had several visits to the service department, both for routine scheduled maintenance and also when there was I’ve had my C300 for 3 years now and have had several visits to the service department, both for routine scheduled maintenance and also when there was a problem with the car. Dillon Hastie has been my service advisor each time. He is always kind, courteous, caring, and professional in dealing with me. If he doesn’t know the answer for any of my questions, he researches and gets back to me as soon as possible. He anticipates and offers a loaner car if the service will be lengthy, otherwise, there is a shuttle service that can take me home if that’s what I desire. He keeps me updated with progress on the car. I trust Dillon’s advice, and so far, he hasn’t let me down. Additionally, the car is always returned to me clean, which is something I appreciate. More

Very much satisfied. My recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville was exceptionally well. My service representative is Dillion Hastie. Although, all of the staff are My recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville was exceptionally well. My service representative is Dillion Hastie. Although, all of the staff are very friendly, Dillion is truly an awesome individual. He took the time to explain the problem with my vehicle and assisted with finding a coupon to offset the cost. Both the repair and a good carwash was completed within two hours. Dillion also took the time to tell me about the new VIP program and signed me up to become a member. I currently own two Mercedes-Benzs. Curt Curtis did not sell me either vehicle, but he is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person who always makes a point to come greet me whenever I'm at Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville. All of my future purchases of Mercedes-Benz will be via Curt Curtis. More

The service representative, Dillon Hastie, has worked with me 9 of those 10 years. As my car got older, it required a little more attention. Dillon’s ability to make me feel as if he worked there just to take care of my service needs, kept me coming back to that dealership. There were always other service businesses I could have gone to, but they didn’t have Dillon. I always felt like he was telling me the truth and that I could depend on his care and commitment to quality service. I am very grateful for the relationship even when the news about my repair cost isn’t very good. Thanks Dillon. More
