Dillon Hastie has been my service advisor each time. He is always kind, courteous, caring, and professional in dealing with me. If he doesn’t know the answer for any of my questions, he researches and gets back to me as soon as possible. He anticipates and offers a loaner car if the service will be lengthy, otherwise, there is a shuttle service that can take me home if that’s what I desire. He keeps me updated with progress on the car. I trust Dillon’s advice, and so far, he hasn’t let me down. Additionally, the car is always returned to me clean, which is something I appreciate. More
