This is my second Mercedes E350. Ken Davis was my sales person both times. Ken is extremely professional and he has charisma. His overall knowledge of the technology in these vehicles are remarkable. I would be wonderful if this dealership had a branch in Ocala or the Villages. I was able to negotiate price before purchase contingent on in-person inspection and test drive. I flew down from PA to FL and found the vehicle to be as described, cleaned, serviced and filled with gas for my 900 mile ride home. Mr. Nero even assisted in returning my rental car to the airport.
