Called about recall on my GLE350 and got a rude guy with poor English that wanted to tell me about some Walmart promotion first...when I said I do not want any promotion just to set an appointment he refuse poor English that wanted to tell me about some Walmart promotion first...when I said I do not want any promotion just to set an appointment he refused to help me....and did not want to transfer me to someone else...not very good strategy to get customers I am sure that I will never buy a car from this dealership...management can say thank you to this not so bright worker..
