I came to this dealer looking at a specific vehicle online. I needed the vehicle badly for my business. My credit is good but not excellent and I have been declined for financing due to credit usage p online. I needed the vehicle badly for my business. Bottomline is, my salesman Drake Moore was completely awesome. Spoke normal and not in circles. Oh sure, he is a salesman, but he does what he says he will do and is an excellent communicator. He took care of me start to finish amazingly efficiently. HUGELY! LOL Drakes finance guy, Julio.....Julio was also amazing. When I picked up my vehicle they only literally had one hour to get me out of there as I had to get back to xx Petersburg to pick up clients. Julio was extremely efficient, pleasant and also just a regular guy, no bull. Julio crammed and did his job amazingly. Talkibg to to financiers on my behalf and making the best decisions for mybloan on my behalf.. Seriously I know this sounds crazy, but they were freaking amazing. This vehicle, a 2019 Mercedes Metris will change my business and my life. I seriously cannot thank, Drake, Julio, and Gainesville Mercedes enough.
