Julian was EXTREMELY helpful in finding a car for me in such a low inventory market. He was knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and enthusiastic. Only negative was regarding dealership café. My husband and I showed up to the dealership on a Sunday right as it opened. We had a specific pre-owned car we wanted to look at so we went right to it and checked it out. We pretty much knew we were going to buy the vehicle so Julian didn’t have to do much of anything to convince us to buy it, lol. I had already applied for financing the night before so the process was fast and painless. While extended warranty and a few other options were explained to us, we weren’t overly pressured to purchase any of them. We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville! We were in and out of there with our new vehicle in a little over 2 hrs. The dealership is beautiful and extremely clean, top notch! Julian as well as all the other staff were friendly and gracious!!
