My husband and I showed up to the dealership on a Sunday right as it opened. We had a specific pre-owned car we wanted to look at so we went right to it and checked it out. We pretty much knew we were going to buy the vehicle so Julian didn’t have to do much of anything to convince us to buy it, lol. I had already applied for financing the night before so the process was fast and painless. While extended warranty and a few other options were explained to us, we weren’t overly pressured to purchase any of them. We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville! We were in and out of there with our new vehicle in a little over 2 hrs. The dealership is beautiful and extremely clean, top notch! Julian as well as all the other staff were friendly and gracious!! I have good enough credit this should have been done. Mis advertised car Didn't do a proper inspection Didn't include down payment Didn't defer payment Did apply warranty I told them I didn't want And that's not all. Save time and headache there are other Mercedes dealerships around. Buy at your own risk. Watch very closely if you must. More
