My service representative,Rudy, is awesome! My only complaint is every time I drop off for repairs it take 4-5 days before it’s even looked at!! First off, I was solicited by MB Autonation re: my warranty. I was disappointed to find out that it expired last May & no one reached out to me to advise me. Auto Nation quoted $6400 for a 5 year warr warranty. I was disappointed to find out that it expired last May & no one reached out to me to advise me. Auto Nation quoted $6400 for a 5 year warranty. Thankfully I asked my friend if that sounded right. He said no & to call FLL MB. Sure enough I was quoted $4000 for the same thing. I was told that Autonation prays on the elderly. Why would MB be associated with a scam operation that rips the unsuspecting customer for a whopping $2400? It’s unconscionable. Next, I had to get an inspection & they found a “problem “ that I had to get repaired. I don’t trust MB so I took it to a trusted mechanic elsewhere. I was advised that I had to get it repaired & show documentation. They also said if the work wasn’t done at MB it would not be covered by warranty. If that’s the case, why did I have to spend $700 it cost to repair it? My mechanic told me that the parts were fine & didn’t need to be changed. But it had to be done to get the warranty. So basically I got stuck paying $700 for unnecessary parts that won’t even be covered in my warranty! After my second inspection, no one contacted me to tell me my car was ready. After 5 hours I called my advisor to find out that my car was ready. How about calling ME? I’m sitting around all day waiting. When the Lyft was called the incorrect address was entered. Thankfully I caught it as the route he was taking was all wrong. When they were calling a Lyft to pick me up I told the advisor about the address mistake & reiterated my correct address. The same thing happened. After 10 phone calls (I’m not exaggerating) it FINALLY got sorted out. The only reason I scored 2 stars instead of one is because my advisor was nice. More
