The service department is not the best compared to JM Lexus. I am so glad to be out of my lease to get back to JM Lexus. GREAT experience. Tameka was our service Rep. She told us how long it would take, texted us with updates and called us when our G-Wagon was serviced. We had new tires Tameka was our service Rep. We dropped our auto off on Thursday morning at 10:00 a. m. and picked it up on Friday at 1:00 p. m. AWESOME service... Tameka was top notch. More
There is nothing special about this dealership. Service Prices are high, and competency level of the girl that took appointment is non existent. Scheduled an appointment for express service, the girl said I will have my car the same evening. I get there and service advisor tells me I need to leave car over night. In the mean time it took me 40min to get there and client waiting on me after my appointment. They don’t have a loaner vehicle. Ended up leaving my car, and taking Uber as I didn’t want to waste more time by coming back. The girl was incompetent in delivering basic information while setting appointment. Didn’t feel like they valued my time, my money. 3 stars is too generous. 1 star at best. No stars is better. Why would I recommend the dealership ? I bought my car there. I love my car! The product is great! Service non existent, the car - I really enjoy it! It’s my perfect little world , outside of the incompetence of some humans that is so irritating. More
