As far as I'm concerned, he should be running the dept. When I come in its like visiting family. I sit down, talk to him about the GLC and its few quirks. We trade notes on car care and other automotive topics. I have owned several BMW's, a previous MB C280 and have worked on my cars myself, so I am extremely knowledgeable about German engineered cars. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is a true facilitator, a customer advocate. The dealership is bright, plenty of space to sit and relax. Free gourmet coffee, can't complain. They even have a camera feed from the repair area. Its spotless, you can literally eat off of the floor! Know I know why I bought an MB product, it's about the complete MB experience. Great dealership. Wow, I can't wait to come in for my next service appointment! More
