Unfortunately all Mercedes’ in the area are all autonation owned. Each time I bring my car there service is awful. 0 communication and long wait times never a loaner available my car this time is t autonation owned. Each time I bring my car there service is awful. 0 communication and long wait times never a loaner available my car this time is there 3 weeks and the adjuster tried contacting the Serbia advisor for 3 weeks with no answer finally I got the adjuster on the line and called it took them 39 min to find someone to speak with the adjuster and it was the service manager who was very pompous and condescending. I am done as a multiple Mercedes’ owner I will not but one again in this area due to no choice I. Factory service don’t believe there jd power awards I have been here several times and always have the same issue More

Got my car back and the radio had been tampered with. In addition they took a week to take care of a job that should have been a 1 day job. The dealership knew of this problem since May of this year and In addition they took a week to take care of a job that should have been a 1 day job.
