Very disappointed recently had car serviced. Car was ready. First they couldn't find the key. It took them one hour and 37 minutes.to retrieve it. Had to ask multiple times . I went outside and asked the man ask the desk is my car ready it's right over there. I dont know was his answer. I could not locate the service person for awhile . Finally when I did he had a attitude. He said it's was right outside. I answered I know that. Then it had been moved again. Out of sight. They retrieved again. He asked the guy why didn't he bring me the key. No audible answer from him .When service guy handed me back my key no apologies . Just some attitude like it was my fault. More
Paid $1200 for a B service on a mercedes which was just an oil change and multi point inspection. Definitely felt ripped off and will look for other dealers in the area. Service advisor never called to update me on my vehicle. I had to pursue him on multiple occasion over 6 days. My payment of $705 for recharging my air conditioning was excessive. Granted, my advisor told I had to pursue him on multiple occasion over 6 days. My payment of $705 for recharging my air conditioning was excessive. Granted, my advisor told me he would be away over one weekend, but said his associate would follow up with me. That never happened. Granted, A/C leaks are difficult to diagnose, but 6 days to tell me that I needed to have repairs that would cost 6K to fix? I suggest more training for Romario Cruz, and an updated system to take better care of customers in a very busy dealership. More
