Without getting to descriptive or mushy, this dealership has their act together. I leased a 2013 SL550 last May and Phil Rosen was the man to know. There was a slight mix-up in the cars. I wanted the Mercedes-Benz C250 2012 sports edition but instead they brought over the luxury edition (from Ft. Lauderdale to St.Petersburg). The service is excellent. I drive in for a tail light, head light, or other minor fix and they do it immmediately in the drive through service area. He arived within a few minutes. I was then able to drive to the dealership where they promptly repaired the tire for no charge and I was on my way again.
