Without getting to descriptive or mushy, this dealership has their act together. I leased a 2013 SL550 last May and Phil Rosen was the man to know. Here we are 1 year later and my Lexus SUV was up and having never heard from the dealer I got the truck from, I went to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale at 4 PM to see what they had. By 7:15 I was in my new ML...no hassal, no issue, and no dealer BS. It was yet another great experience. Thanks to ALL that helped me. I only mention Antony and Phil because I know their names. The gentleman who did my paperwork was quick, efficient and pleasant and the man that handled my actual deal and that I negotiated my deal with was also wonderful. You all work very well together... Doug is a real professional who goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers are happy. In this most recent case, the transaction involved a trade-in which had been involved in an accident. Doug facilitated the process which enabled me to purchase the new vehicle without having to repair the extensively damaged trade-in. Thus, we were in our new Mercedes within days rather than having to deal with body shop repairs and weeks of monitoring the work. I would highly recommend Doug as your sales professional if you seek to buy a Mercedes-Benz anywhere in South Florida. There was a slight mix-up in the cars. I wanted the Mercedes-Benz C250 2012 sports edition but instead they brought over the luxury edition (from Ft. Lauderdale to St.Petersburg). The service is excellent. I drive in for a tail light, head light, or other minor fix and they do it immmediately in the drive through service area. Everyone is pleasant and there is a nice coffee shop there. I've had a flat tire (nail) a few miles away and the dispatched a repair guy to come to my car and change the tire. He arived within a few minutes. I was then able to drive to the dealership where they promptly repaired the tire for no charge and I was on my way again. I am very pleased with this service department and the dealership. More
