At 8,000 miles on my brand new C300 I raised concern about my tires making excessive noise. I been told to buy new tires!!!! no other solution. After several attempts to speak to the general manager I was FINALLY allow to speak that that celebrity. I wish I never have to see him again. Major attitude, rude and very unprofessional. When I had no choice but replaced the tires for that cost me $700 I requested the old tires to be return to me so I can have somebody else inspect them. Unfortunately I have been told that the tires were discarded and surprisingly the truck that picks up all used tires just showed up at the dealership that particular hour and took them away. How convenient. And finally it only took me 3 appointments to replaced my wipers. How can new wipers be faulty?? strange, but maybe they were not new.....stay away More

I’ve purchased 5 Mercedes Benz in the last 10 years. This is the worst car buying experience by far. There is paint on the vehicle discovered after purchase that the dealer wants to charge me to repair, This is the worst car buying experience by far. There is paint on the vehicle discovered after purchase that the dealer wants to charge me to repair, the wind shield wipers, “fixed” 4 times after purchase, broke and detached from the vehicle while I was driving in a storm, and still have not been replaced properly. There are also other issues I’ve brought to their attention which have not been addressed. More

When I replaced all four tires, I checked around and was going to go with a big brand store, but I inquired with Fil and was so impressed with his research on the tires, features and warranties that we paid a little more and went with him-and are glad we did- I ended up needing that warranty! Filiberto is always professional, courteous and efficient and an asset to MB. More
