I just bought my new car today and I am more than happy I was helped by Anthony, the sales manager, and Lance, the salesman, whom are very genuine to me. I went to several different dealership and no ones else can beat their reasonable price tags. Honestly, every hard workers out there deserves a nice car. And I am a young hard worker, I never thought I can get a Mercedes with such a good deal. So ultimately don't be shy, it doesn't matter what you do as a profession you still can get your dream car and Mercedes Benz at Fortlauderdale can make your dream come true with your budget. If you thinking about buy a Honda or a Toyota "Stop rìght there" I was you thinking that is a better choice; however, it's really not because you can get a Mercedes Benz at Fortlauderdale location wiith your low budget because they will work with you. I want to show everyone how much of a good deal I got from there. By the way, only go to Fort Lauderdale'S MercedesBenz because any where else you go they will rip you off. Trust me, I did all the research I bring the quote to different locations and no one else can even get close to Fort Lauderdale' Mercedes Benz price; furthermore, they even up the price more than the quote I brought in. So good luck and trust me you can do research and you will know who got the better deal for you. More

I never expected to visit a car dealership and leave a changed person, but that's what happened on February 6, 2014, when I met Peter McInnis at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale. I think Peter McInnis put the "C-U-S-T-O-M-E," and the "R" in customer service. When my sixteen-year-old son, my ten-year-old daughter, and I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership yesterday, we were already excited, as it was our first visit to a luxury car dealership. Being that I am not the traditional luxury Mercedes-Benz dealership customer, I really did not expect for anyone there to give me too much attention. I could not have been more wrong. First of all, the atmosphere of the showroom was bright, elegant, and tastefully rich. It definitely made me and my kids want to stay awhile and browse. Although we were obviously out of our comfort zones, no one made us feel uncomfortable. Everyone was pleasant. We found our way to the customer service desk, and asked for Peter Mcinnis. When he came out to greet us and introduce himself, I instantly relaxed. I was so happy I would be dealing with a salesman who was not going to make me feel I did not belong at a luxury car dealership. Peter was amazing! He is a master salesman--the embodiment of courtesy and respect. Peter made me and my children feel like VIP customers. During the test drive of the vehicle I was there to inquire about, Peter made the effort to get to know me and my children. It really put us at ease to know he was interested in who we were as individuals, and not just my car buying power. Upon learning that I was looking for a school for my son, we were amazed when this salesman made the on-the-spot effort to put us in contact with important people he personally knew, who might be able to help us with the school issue. Peter seems to be a genuine individual who cares about people. This is the kind of salesperson anyone would want to have. He is definitely one of a kind! After our test drive, Peter gave us a quick tour of the facilities. The highlight of our tour was getting to see a Maybach! We also got to see some special items on display which were autographed by some rich and famous Mercedes-Benz customers. My basketball-loving 16-year-old son was speechless. My kids and I left Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale dealership with a sense of raised consciousness which one can only get from a truly genuine experience. Upon leaving the dealership yesterday, my ten-year-old daughter commented, "Mommie, I feel rich today!" Needless to say,our experience with Peter McInnis was priceless. Next week, I will be completing the purchase of my used but impeccable Nissan Murano from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale, and I will be leaving the dealership with a whole new attitude about car shopping--"Step out of the box more often!" Worst experience ever with a car dealer, called for a car that was advertised on auto trader, Nathalie confirmed that it was there and still for sale. Took a one way flight to FLL to hear from the first person that I run into that the car was sold the day before I called. Nathalie came in and immediately started lying telling me that the car got sold and hour ago, she had tried calling me, sure no missed calls on my phone. Than she had other cars for me, only twice the price, no big deal, no not for them, will never go there again, you can't rely on what's being told to you on the phone and the truth, a waste of money and time. Where do i begin? dishonesty is the name of the game at this dealership. The salesman i dealt with: Shawn Bressmen. All this on a car that was delivered to me in Canada with 6857 miles on the odometer. Worse yet was the smart xxx attitude i got on the phone. I may be far from Florida but let me tell you this, the internets' reach can go further still. They listed the car on ebay and as soon as they got payment, he ended the auction before I could click the "buy it now". That's their way of avoiding negative feedback and saving auction fees... very classy. all this from a dealer of Mercedez Benz cars...WOW! Next up, a defect on the trunk lid. I got a car with what looks like a jizz shot on the trunk. I sent the car in for buffing but was told the stain was under the clearcoat, on the paint. Shawn Bressmans answer to that: Take it up with the shipper. It seems that Shawn Bressman believes my shipper had the car painted on the transport. I wish I could say it was only Shawn at fault but, even the owner himself, Bob Keenan, would not return my detailed messages so, the head obviously controls the body here. This review only got one star because i can not give it anything less. Google won't allow it. This dealership is run like a den of thieves. I waited for 3 days for someone to call me back. The dealership has gone through significant changes in personel. No one knows whats going on, NO ONE cares.
