Mike Ferro is great to work with, the problem we ran into is we purchased an additional warranty through Mercedes’ directly at the dealership. Warranty work requires an insurance inspector, so my car was del is we purchased an additional warranty through Mercedes’ directly at the dealership. Warranty work requires an insurance inspector, so my car was delayed two weeks. Since you have no loaners available makes it very difficult and becomes a real problem for us. Somehow Mercedes’ needs to figure out this issue, even if you must thru the warranty insurance acquire a car from a rental agency. It’s all about servicing the client to make it the best experience.
