What started as a not so customer friendly visit ended with a good experience. Mary the manager reached out to me in a timely manner in regards to the first service advisor’s unprofessional manner issue with a good experience. Mary the manager reached out to me in a timely manner in regards to the first service advisor’s unprofessional manner issue and the covering manager (made me wait over and hour for the loaner when there was a person there to attend to me)that I experienced. She then placed me with a new service advisor Robert. He was attentive, friendly, efficient and looked like he enjoyed his job.I also had a good experience with the following friendly and helpful employees as well-Geraldine,(Loaner Dept), Cynthia, and Kevin(Technician Service).
