This place is terrible. The car we got is a 2021 and its already having issues. When we went today now they want to take the car for a week without giving a loaner because now they say they dont take the insurance we have when its fully covered. So now we are driving around in a broken car that they broke and they wont fix it. Im hoping when i call general manager on monday he works something out becuase this is ridiculous. I don't recommend this place customer service is the worst! More
I was told that the moon roof was going to cost $6,000 dollars to fix and $2400 to fix one of the 6 air conditioning vents that was blowing hot air the same time that the rest was blowing cool. I have 55, dollars to fix and $2400 to fix one of the 6 air conditioning vents that was blowing hot air the same time that the rest was blowing cool. I have 55,000 miles on my 2016 car. this lack of reliability is terrible. I also don't like spending over $1000 every yearly visit. The service writer was superb. Manny Gusman. I had a problem with the battery. I took the car without an appointment and was immediately take care of. The dealer, through Lift, gave me a ride home (5 min away) and within 2-3 h I took the car without an appointment and was immediately take care of.
