Have been a Mercedes customer for decades and know it's a great product, when everything works properly. Kudos to Joe and Randy Fanfan for helping me with my transaction. I have purchased there previously and was upgrading / updating but felt I took a sizable hit, so may re-consider doing trades there, as there's a noticeable, extra cost of doing business there that way. Great car but it was delivered with some obvious issues, which then delayed the actual delivery. Still adjusting with some issues but mostly happy with the vehicle so far and grateful for Joe's participation there. More
