I worked with Service Advisor Mr. Rodolfo Torres and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. He took my E550 Convertible in for a visual inspection and after an oil housing rep Rodolfo Torres and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. He took my E550 Convertible in for a visual inspection and after an oil housing repair, the motor is now badly damaged as a result of overheating because of coolant lines becoming loose, the engine leaking oil and the hood paint was damaged. Just be very careful taking your vehicle to this dealership. The service director Mrs. Donnell does not return phone calls, neither does the the General Manager Mr. Hummel and neither ever did the service advisor. This dealership seems to be in total chaos !!! It was just a nightmare experience ! More
