I have leased & purchased several Mercedes Benz cars & trucks. This was mu first time doing a transaction with Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. I was trading in My 2020 G Wagon for an EQS 450+, my first elect trucks. This was mu first time doing a transaction with Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. I was trading in My 2020 G Wagon for an EQS 450+, my first electric car. After the trade in value negotiations were done, it was time to drive the EQS home. The car was at 12% charge when it was delivered and getting home was very stressful., because we were getting used to the car and did not know how to charge it or where and thought we may get stuck somewhere. It was getting late in the day and was now dark out. We got a quick and dirty demo of the car that lasted less than 5 minutes...felt like i was buying a TV at KMART. Nobody at the dealership understood how to install the iPhone app or setting up the Charge America that is needed for charging. The salesman was nice. but was not that familiar with process at all. This was a struggle..and only was completed by guessing and luck. While we waited to set up the app, the new EQS was outside sitting with a low battery, while the dealership's manager's car was plugged in...once we plugged our new car in we realized we would have to be there for hours to get to a safe charge because the dealership has a slow charger!! How can you deliver an electric car like this? let alone a MB. PRETTY BAD. Since the purchase I can not get a hold of anyone for support. I called the parts department and have been on hold for 30 mins, called back and have been hung up on twice. Nobody picks up on the main line...again pretty bad!!! More

Bought a brand new G63 AMG from this dealer. My main salesperson is Gigi Sweetman. Without her help I wouldn’t be able to make the purchase as the market is driven towards buying high value cars nowadays, the G wagon gets sold out pretty much easily, making it harder to get. After a few weeks of waiting finally the order of my dreams came true, Carlo Rozenblad, a very nice man helped me accomplished what Gigi had started pursuing for me. Couldn’t thank you guys more. I’m hoping for the next sales, the sales manager would be more lenient towards holding a vehicle for purchase and not willing to sell to others when I’m taking time to process the payment. Wasn’t quite happy with the manager’s decision on rushing to sell for profit. But to my favorite salesman/woman. Love you guys, you’re awesome and did a great job. More
When leaving my car for service under the manufacturer’s warranty and also having an extended warranty, I was told I could not get a loaner vehicle because they did not like my insurance company. That decision was made seemingly at random because no one verified my insurance. They only asked. It was disappointing as I was without my car for a week. If I ever have to leave my car to get fixed again I will likely take it somewhere else. More
