My car just one year old and I came for 1 st service . When I was buying a car I was told that 1 st service is free . Not at all , $744 just for changing oil ? Service advisor never called to update me on my vehicle. I had to pursue him on multiple occasion over 6 days. My payment of $705 for recharging my air conditioning was excessive. Granted, my advisor told I had to pursue him on multiple occasion over 6 days. My payment of $705 for recharging my air conditioning was excessive. Granted, my advisor told me he would be away over one weekend, but said his associate would follow up with me. That never happened. Granted, A/C leaks are difficult to diagnose, but 6 days to tell me that I needed to have repairs that would cost 6K to fix? I suggest more training for Romario Cruz, and an updated system to take better care of customers in a very busy dealership. More

Bought a Certified pre-owned E550 with under 26,000 miles. Added the extended warranty beyond the 1 year included warranty and the sale included alignment and window tint. That took a few days prior to miles. Added the extended warranty beyond the 1 year included warranty and the sale included alignment and window tint. That took a few days prior to delivery, which ate up the entire return guarantee window. Upon driving, I had been complaining about an issue with a burning smell from the beginning but they said don't worry about it. I had to note the burning smell again and the window tint was very poor in the rear window. I had to schedule service again in the 1st month due to a puddle in my garage, which they said was necessary to replace the water pump. I asked about the window tint issue but they said it needed to be scheduled specifically for the window tint. Then, since it still had the burning smell, I scheduled it again per the coordinator, 3rd time back for stuff in the first 2 months, set it up and they said they could correct the messed up window tint issue. Took 10 days there for the smell (said they drained overflow coolant, which was done (in only) a few days there but I had to wait for the window tint which was 1.5 week later... So now the window tint is better but still smelling the burning chemicals from the motor. Not sure if I need to go to another dealership to let fresh eyes (& nose) try to correct the burning chemical smell. It's a lovely car, I paid a premium, took a hit on an awesome trade (that didn't smell) and they add dealer fees for ? So it was supposed to be a fair deal for them (I get it, it's their business$$). That said: Joe is nice and I appreciate his going the extra mile in an effort to assist but I would be much happier if my beautiful car didn't always smell like burning chemicals. Not sure if it's all miscommunications or issues with the service department, so unfortunately in my case, after 3 failed attempts to cure the main issue, the service there, leaves much to be desired. So many weeks of sitting there and the mechanics there can't fix it? I don't think a Mercedes (The Best or Nothing?) with low mileage, should smell like burning chemicals while driving. It is offensive and probably not the Best for health and wellness. More
The dealership reached out to me when I lost my car to hurricane Ian. They proposed a solution which involved getting a wagon from Germany. They kept me informed, got the car, turned it over to me effic hurricane Ian. They proposed a solution which involved getting a wagon from Germany.
