From the time I walked in “Ala” the sales rep took great care of me and my mom, took us for a test drive, worked with us on price the absolute best! We were even able to negotiate in todays market to bring it down a few grand from sticker price! Super amazed at their professionalism and their ability to work with us! Randy the finance guy is the best, he does all the paperwork and definitely gives great advice! “Gap coverage” a must and “3rd year maintenance to include brakes, rotors, filters” for prepaid is a steal! Love this dealership and they have a customer for life! More

Brought in brand new E450 for rear passenger window issues. Had to bring car in 4x to get it working. After 4th time window was working, but side molding on window was not aligned and damaged. Asked to get it fixed and was told that it is normal for molding not to be aligned. Also after last visit the main cluster would shut down while driving.. As a customer courtesy new parts would be ordered and Molding and Seal would be replaced....because I'm insisting on a new 2023 model with 2000 miles to be repaired without flaws, not because mechanic damaged it. 30 days later no communication with MB Fort Lauderdale, phone calls and messages left for service adviser and service manager Mary Donnell are still unanswered. Please note MB Fort Lauderdale is only 5 miles from my house. Drove my car 60 miles to Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. Was provided with a loaner and Damage which was done by previous mechanic fixed in 3 days. Service adviser at MB Cutler Bay kept us posted daily on the progress of repairs. MB of Fort Lauderdale has lost our trust and confidence. After 18 years of loyalty we will not be going back to Auto Nation. More

When in fact it connects via the cigarette lighter. In other words he did not even try to check the sensors. Even if the camera would have been connected to the car his job is to check the sensors. That speaks volumes about the know it all attitude and lack of training of your electricians. Now I have to waist my time and return to the dealer so they finally do the job! More
We needed our battery replaced and as a walk in I was impressed how quickly the car was taken for the service. We were provided with a LYFT ride that we took to a nearby diner and by the time we finishe impressed how quickly the car was taken for the service.
