I was, as usual, very pleased with my recent interactions at Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale as they were knowledgeable, kind and on point with their diagnosis of the problem I was experiencing. The Service at Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale as they were knowledgeable, kind and on point with their diagnosis of the problem I was experiencing. The Service Manager was Manny and, just as he had been during a previous service interaction, he was phenomenal! I appreciate that he researched the issue, called me with his assessment and recommendation and then called me to pick up my car when it was ready. What could be better. Just as commendable was my interaction with Nora with whom I made my service appointment. Thank you all for your cool heads at what was a stressful time for me, and also for the wonderful job you do daily to get folks back on the road safely. More
Fantastic! Service. Easy breezy process from dropping my car, getting a great loaner and receiving updates from my sales rep. Thanks Service. Easy breezy process from dropping my car, getting a great loaner and receiving updates from my sales rep. Thanks More
Manuel Guzman my service advisor has been always outstanding and courteous. However, I noticed lately that the whole service process is not as professional as it used to be in the past. Before, expe outstanding and courteous. However, I noticed lately that the whole service process is not as professional as it used to be in the past. Before, experienced valets or receptionists will come to you, while in the car, to take all service details from you, hang a ticket number at your rear-view mirror, place protective plastic seat cover and a paper floor mat, take the car key from you, or tells you to leave it in the car, then, lead you to your service advisor who will initiate the order. This is not happening anymore, despite that your cost of scheduled maintenance has tripled in the last five years ($1600.00 for a GLB250 18,000 miles Service B). I have been a Mercedes owner/lessee since 1974 and was always impressed with the service etiquette in Florida that resembles the service you get in Sindelfingen, Germany. Unfortunately, nowadays, you have to find a place to park the car yourself in the service breezeway. No one from the several service attendants that stand in the breezeway in Mercedes uniforms will never come to you, and if you ask them a question, they don't have proper communication skills. I hate to say that Toyota dealers that serve my wife's Toyota have a better professional service etiquette. More
