The dealership has consistently provided excellent service in all departments and has earned our trust. The staff is unpretentious and very personable despite the fact that they sell what most consider a luxury brand. Paul Gregory has been our sales associate for our most recent lease and purchase. We closed today on a beautiful CPO R Class (hard to find) and he even delivered the vehicle to our work location due to a busy schedule. It is evident that Paul has a good moral and ethical compass. He takes the time to get to know his customers and their particular needs. He is not hesitant to redirect a customer to a particular vehicle class that will better suit their needs. Paul knows his product and gives sage advice about CPOs based on popularity, features, and service history. We have recommended others to MB of Fresno because of Paul (and the quality vehicles as well). A public shout out to Paul- he proudly showed beautiful pics of his newborn granddaughter. CONGRATS! Since Scott and Katie Biehl took over the dealership, they have invested much time and capital into their business. They are excellent at reaching out to the public and putting to rest any stereotypes about Mercedes Benz vehicles and the car buying experience. They are civic minded, and have hosted many community events to benefit local causes. They are a visible and active part of the dealership and the community. We are fortunate that they have chosen to invest in our local dealership. The service department goes out of their way to accommodate customers whenever possible. Abe has been one of the greeters for the service writers as far back as we can remember. He is absolutely the best one there. His personality exudes both professionalism, genuine empathy, and elicits trust. It is amazing how he remembers so many people on a first name basis even after just a visit or two. He balances his responsibilities well. Don't think for a second that he wastes any time while being personable and social; he moves fast and efficient through any waiting customers and acknowledges everyone. Kevin Ryan deserves big time applause for a recent "above and beyond" help. We were about to turn in our lease as soon as our CPO was certified, and we ended up with a non-repairable nails in a tire situation. With a local tire shop unable to help other than selling us new tires, Kevin was able to secure us a safe, used tire from the shop free of charge. They helped get us by for a few days before turning the GL450 back in. As is customary, they even put our lease through the car wash. The complimentary car washes for buyers at MB of Fresno and the custom brewed coffee / tea bar for waiting customers are extra perks that are like icing on the cake for customers. Dee (the main Barista and Boutique operator) at the coffee / tea counter even brings fresh flowers from her garden to decorate the area. It is these little touches that are carried out by so many that help set MB of Fresno far apart from other dealerships. More

We was honest, upfront and totally customer focused. I drove the 350 miles to see the ML and it was everything that Luis said it was. He made the whole process painless and he knew more about the ML 350 than any other salesperson I've dealt with,. Eric in finance and Adam the sales manager were equally impresssive. No hassel, no high pressure, and delivered beyond my expectations. I would recommend this team to anyone, especially if you're searching online and need to trust the sales team you're dealing with.
