They are quick to be genuine in wanting to help whether its the purchase or service. Accessibility to the owners makes such a difference in that their investment in the 'buyer' and genuine interest in the buyer's needs will help perpetuate the dealership's success. All cars break down; Roll Royces et al; but it comes down to the dealership in how they process service needs-loaner cars, quality of service and quickness of service. I've never felt taken advantage of nor ignored in my requests. The dealership's staff continually show respect and urgency in working with me and I am sure the same for other's who purchase cars through Mercedes of Fresno. More
