Customer Care While I was out of the state for a few weeks, my wife was in an accident and needed to purchase a replacement vehicle. She purchased an E550 from Mercedes-Benz of Fresno, and had it delivered to our home in Sacramento. The transaction went very smoothly, and the E550 was in our garage in a matter of days. The purchase of the vehicle was handled through Paul, and the delivery was performed by Etin. When I arrived home and inspected the vehicle closely, I found two small rock cracks in the windshield. Since Etin was the only physical contact my wife had had with the dealership, and had told me how much she was impressed with him, I contacted him to have the windshield replaced. He got the ball rolling, and with John's input, the work was scheduled. During all this, Etin was in frequent contact with me, and was always very helpful, polite, and professional.
