Satisfied Customer!!! My wife and I had been looking at a lot of different models of SUVs. We had always thought that a Mercedes would be out of our price range, but on a w My wife and I had been looking at a lot of different models of SUVs. We had always thought that a Mercedes would be out of our price range, but on a whim we stopped in anyway. Etin greeted us on the lot in a very casual and inviting way and introduced us to a GL450 and we were thoroughly impressed. After sleeping on it, we came in to let my wife take a test drive and Etin showed us a ML350 that had just become available. We really felt Etin had our best interests in mind and even though we liked the size of the GL450, we couldn't pass up value, looks and ride of the ML350. Etin was the best salesperson I have encountered while purchasing a car...a class act. Also, Eric was very patient and helpful with us while going over the financing and warranty options.
