Well, what does one say when they are told $350 in rental fees will be taken off bill and the bill was already $700 dollars more than estimate stated, then when you receive a refund for paying for an unnecessary service, but the business actually takes back the money for the rental car, you have to wonder about their work ethics. This is the type of behavior I work on with the TK students I teach. It is beyond anything I can comprehend, how this company still gets business. I was literally having to banter with them over $350! You would think that is chump change to them and besides THEY OFFERED IT! Good luck to you. I am off to my next platform to write another review for Mercedes Benz of Fresno!

I am going to make sure as many people as possible hear what happened. And this is not a complaint! You didnt even read my complaints. Thanks for sharing this information about your service visit. We're sorry we didn't deliver a positive guest experience for you on your service visit. A used car with 8,000 miles at purchase typically wouldn't have needed new tires, so it's highly likely the tires had 8,000 miles on them when you acquired the car. You're not at fault for anything here. The tires on your car with 25,000 miles simply needed to be replaced. Driving in town has a much greater impact on tire wear (and other components) than highway driving, Frequent acceleration, braking, and turning, along with the lower maintenance level of local streets vs. highways, all combine to grate the surface of your tires more rapidly in town. We don't offer the Spring Service offer at the service counter because that is a direct-to-consumer offer from Mercedes-Benz. Only select owners received that offer from the manufacturer. This is why they try to make it clear we need to see that offer at check-in. They don't provide a path to redeem if afterwards. We apologize for not communicating these things better on your visit. We work hard to provide a first-class, respectful experience to all of our guests, but it's clear we failed to do that on your visit. We will use your comments to improve our interactions with future service guests.
