Paul picked up on those immediately and drew on his knowledge base to quickly recommend a different model to better suit my driving preferences. He was spot on with his suggestion. I tried out a few other models in an effort to exhaust all my options, but kept coming back to the vehicle Paul recommended. Paul was not pushy, allowing me to reach my own conclusions while remaining available should I have any specific questions. Paul assisted in finding the exact model I wanted and remained an advocate for me during the financial paperwork process.
