I called ahead, made the service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle as close to mine as possible. When I arrived the loaner car was available. I positively love Fort Washington MB and its staff! The location is convenient, and the staff are courteous, kind and caring to me! I am consistently updated about the progression of service, as I wait in location is convenient, and the staff are courteous, kind and caring to me! I am consistently updated about the progression of service, as I wait in a clean, comfortable waiting area. ! When service is completed, my shiny-clean, sanitized vehicle is brought directly to me. (complete with paper mats, for God's sake!) by a courteous, smiling and cute employee. I am an 86 year old Mercedes Benz lover! When I reach 110 years old, may I be buried in my Benz?
