The technician did a great job on getting the necessary works done on my car, and everything is returned in working condition. The issue I have with this dealer is communication. My car was there for ove works done on my car, and everything is returned in working condition. The issue I have with this dealer is communication. My car was there for over a month (due to holiday and part shortage, which is understandable), and during the entire time, I only received 1 phone call on status (after I left a voicemail about 10 days into it). At around 1 month mark, I tried calling (left a voicemail), texting, and emailing to check on the car status, and receive no communication back. I was only notified by automated email and text that my car is ready to pick up after another 2 weeks from the last contact attempts. More
