In August 2022, I visited Service to replace a tire, unfortunately, the dealer even crashed my car during the car wash. It took more than one month for the dealer to finish the body work; however, they unfortunately, the dealer even crashed my car during the car wash. It took more than one month for the dealer to finish the body work; however, they forgot to replace the tire. When the tire got replaced finally in October, I found more problems with my car. No root cause nor solution to prevent the same incident from happening was communicated to me during my visits. When my car was at service, it was very hard to get status report timely. More
