I saw a car I was interested in. I went in and asked for help. I sat and no one ever came to help me. After about 20-30 mins, I left and went down the street and bought a BMW. Sad be I went in and asked for help. I sat and no one ever came to help me. After about 20-30 mins, I left and went down the street and bought a BMW. Sad because I got my then current vehicle with them and the service was impeccable. They are getting a little snooty now. This is just my opinion. More

I was given a loaner for the four (4) days my car was in for service. I requested that my car be kept inside and was accommodated by the service staff, Christina and Nick Lugara. I visited while my car was for service. I requested that my car be kept inside and was accommodated by the service staff, Christina and Nick Lugara. I visited while my car was in the service area and was given a tour of what being done. Paul, the technician put the car up on the lift and showed me what was happening. This was very helpful to me.
