Frank responded to my email for assistance before 9AM on a Monday ! That in itself was terrific; ordered the needed part and he was most accommodating with getting our Sprinter serviced during a very quick a Monday ! Nick was great to work with and he was able to get my car inspected the day I scheduled it for. That rarely happens at this dealer in my experience. I appreciated it because they didn't have loaners availabl inspected the day I scheduled it for. That rarely happens at this dealer in my experience. I appreciated it because they didn't have loaners available the next day. Nick also suggested two things I needed (air filter and spark plugs) and that work was also done the same day. More
