I made an appt with Amy over a month ago and arrived early I needed an oil change and inspection. I arrived on a Monday and did not pick up my car until Wed. I heard nothing on Monday. i called and early I needed an oil change and inspection. I arrived on a Monday and did not pick up my car until Wed. I heard nothing on Monday. i called and was told they got busy but the car was being worked on. I waited ALL DAY Tue and called again and was told they are working on it. Finally Tue at the end of my business day I received an email that I did not see until Wed. Had I received a call I could have picked up my call Tue. This was my first time having my car inspected and probably my last. In fact, I probably will NOT use you for future oil changes either. More

As a African American woman this is how they treat me after I spent 72000 cash on a car from them. Casio is someone who works in service he is unprofessional & don’t understand his job. First time I come to get my breaks fixed with a appointment they made me wait 2 hours just to tell me they haven’t even start working on it.
