I called service manager 3 times to discuss service performed on my vehicle Left message with receptionist and left voice mail , He never called me back. Service on vehicle was very slow, diagnostic performed on my vehicle Left message with receptionist and left voice mail , He never called me back. Service on vehicle was very slow, diagnostic of problem with vehicle was incorrect and solution recommended was very costly and not correct solution. I took my car from them and went to another Mercedes’ dealer and car was repaired in very short time for cost of $26.40 Never go here again, Poor service, poor communication, slow response, faulty diagnosis of problem.
