Giving one star is generous WORST DEALERSHIP. Do not bother spending your time or money at this dealership. They have horrible customer service and terrible communication skills. WORST DEALERSHIP. I first made an appointment for some services to be done, then I called back two days later to verify the work I needed done and they had no record of me making an appointment (red flag #1). I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment had the inspection done and was told the lower control arms failed inspection and needed to be replaced. I took my car home and had my father, who is a mechanic, replace them with brand new parts (saved me $1100). I brought it back for the alignment and not even 30 minutes after dropping the car off, they called me saying the alignment could not be done because my upper control arms need to be replaced. They gave me horrible attitude and asked how my father didn't catch this issue before bringing it back (well why didn't the MB mechanics catch this issue in the first place??). When I explained I was only told the lower's needed to be replaced to realign and pass inspection, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and offered NO HELP whatsoever with the situation THEY put me in, after lying to me about what needed to be replaced in the first place. I took my car home and refuse to go back in the future. I cannot believe a luxury dealership is run this way and treats their well paying customers the way they do. They clearly told me the wrong thing to replace and refused to confess to their own mistake of miscommunication. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to and will not be recommending them or coming back at all for that matter. More

But when you go in without an appointment the wait for even the most basic service is hours. They offer loaners, but you have to schedule weeks in advance to make sure they is one available. I work close by, so the last time I used the shuttle service. Big mistake. The last driver was anything competent. He drove like he was in a race. The whole time he was playing with his phone. At one point we drifted off the road way and he nearly hit a pedestrian waiting at a bus stop. When I complained to management I was not taken seriously. The driver overheard my complaints it sound like he was cursing me as the supervisor lead him away. I will not be using the service department anytime soon. More

Phenomenal dealership I purchased my car in December 2014 and the sale was very professional, reasonable, and courteous. Unlike other dealerships, they were straightforward in the negotiations. What startled me the most though was after the sale. I had a few minor issues (all addressed by the dealership expediently) and one larger issue (tire blew from a pothole late Saturday night) and they arranged to open the store on a Sunday to ensure I was taken care with a borrowed car at no cost. Their salesman, Mitchell Chernyakhovsky, spent hours on his day off to coordinate transportation, paperwork etc. to ensure I was entirely satisfied. It was truly white glove service that was not "part of the warranty" but apparently they feel is important to provide. Would certainly buy another car from them in the future. More

I have purchaced multiple cars from Mike and have been satisfied every time. Coupled with the service advisor, Derick Whitman I could not be more satisfied. Just today I showed up without an appointment due to a run in with a pot hole and Derick handled it in stride. He took care of my problem while I waited. I highly recommened this dealership. More

Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to u Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to use the "hidden key" in the remote to open it. It occurred twice that week, with the last time being at night. I called the dealership immediately after it last happened and the manager connected me with the service department. I was told to bring my car in the next morning. At first, they weren't able to replicate the issue I reported. As an IT professional, it was frustrating because it occurred sporadically. I understand how systems work and the testing involved. To make a long story short, my car required a software update and so far, it has been working as designed. I first met Eddy, the Assistant GM, when I leased my first Mercedes a few years ago and saw him again when I leased this car. I stopped by to see him and he walked me over to Cecil, my Service Manager, to be certain my issues have been remediated and I walked away as a satisfied client. I am not sure of the Techician who serviced my car, but a HUGE THANK YOU to him for identifying a software update was released and needed to resolve my complaint. Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington is a FIRST CLASS organization, with SUPERIOR Customer Service in ALL aspects of their business!! I look forward to leasing more cars from them in the future. More

Service is fabulous My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child w My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child was driving. As we were passing through one of the tunnels on the PA turnpike, we noticed that the headlights were not on while going through the tunnel. When we got off at the service plaza, we found that both high beams were out as well as one of the low beams. Not something you want to deal with while traveling and worrying about whether you'll get stuck driving at night! We had already planned to spend the night near the Fort Washington area, and a check online yielded info on Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. I called and got Derek Witman who is the Asst Service manager. Told him our dilemma and asked if we could possibly bring it in early the next morning. He told us about their quick lane, and to ask for him when we arrived. So, first thing the next morning, my husband and son went over there. They were back two hours later. My husband was very complimentary about the entire experience, and about Derek. Thankfully, the lighting wiring was fine, and the lights just needed to be replaced. They also were able to do an oil change, which was past needing to be done, and they performed a recall that also needed to be done, that we never received a notice for. It cost far less than we thought it would, and we were able to get back on the road by the time we had originally planned. We appreciate the great job, and the great customer service we got from Derek. More
