Worse service Brought my car in for service at Fort Washington dealership and 2 weeks later I almost got killed driving on 95 highway . My front tire had only 3 lu Brought my car in for service at Fort Washington dealership and 2 weeks later I almost got killed driving on 95 highway . My front tire had only 3 lugnuts out of 5, and all the remaining 3 were lose, I stoped the car to check why the car is shaking and thanks god I looked at the tire and saw all three lugnuts were completely, My wife and my kids came to pick me up at Philadelphia airport and we all were under panic because our life was at risk . I called the dealership and talked to general manager named Carla and all she had to say was sorry and told me that the service they did to my car did not require to remove my tires from the car witch was a big lie. I know about cars and absolutely they did remove my front tires for this specific service I had the car to the dealer, and I confirmed that with another MB dealership. I called again today and left a VM for Mrs Carla and she did not call me back. I am a MB customer for years and never had this horrible service and treatment. I am going to talk to my lawyer about this and I am not letting anyone treat and ignore me like that when our life was at risk. More
