Horrible CustomerCare service! Sorry this was not exceptional or even a fair visit to your establishment. At the talkie in with Devon I thought this would be great. Very disappoint Sorry this was not exceptional or even a fair visit to your establishment. At the talkie in with Devon I thought this would be great. Very disappointed in Mercedes service center. When ever I called in if the lady Susan was having a bad day I knew it after 5 bad days I stopped calling in for my sprinter. In the thoughts that I would have to hear her negative doubting attitude and tone. The week she went on vacation Bud and I got some things resolved. It actually felt like I was an inconvenience to Mercedes service center (the customer). I believe the work environment / upper management is lacking at this Mercedes dealership service center. When I walked in to pick up my van the first thing I heard was “are you picking up your vehicle”. That’s fine for a truck stop but I’m surprised to find it at a Mercedes dealership. I would not recommend anyone having to use this establishment. Devon pa service center is a great place to go. After having my sprinter for a month and 7,719.00 they WOULDNT wash off the hand prints all over it! Its ok I’m an able body American and I can do it!! Sorry you missed it!!! More

Best service experience I had an issue with a tire and stopped in on my way to office. I did not have an appointment but Ellie McNichol had a technician look at it right away I had an issue with a tire and stopped in on my way to office. I did not have an appointment but Ellie McNichol had a technician look at it right away and when it was determined that I needed a new tire, got me a loaner so that I could get to the Eagles game that night. I picked up the car the next morning (after an Eagles win) and it was washed and ready when I arrived. Amazing service ! More
