Didn't acknowlege me at all while waiting at service desk or look up from computers, even though no one else was being helped. I had to walk up to a desk and ask someone where I should go to wait. I had booked drop off a week in advance but no loaner car was ready. They had to dig into zip bag and find a car - which they weren't sure was washed or gased up. I came from over 70 miles away and got into the loaner with no GPS. When I asked for a car with GPS since I came from far away - was told "we only put in GPS when a loaner is sold"??? I have had other luxury car brands for years and never had them give me a car without this. When I said I was not familar with area and really needed it, the technician told me to use my cell phone - I told him I don't like to look down at directions while driving (give me a break!). I got in a dirty car with less than 1/2 tank of gas. I was blocked in on all sides and a service tech was evaluatiing an empty car blocking me in. I pulled slightly forward to let him know someone was in my car. He ignored me. I rolled down my window and said excuse me - he ignored me. I called again, he put his hand up and told me to "calm down". I said I was calm but just waned an idea of how long he would take before moving. He ignored be again. When I called to him again, he pointed to another car infront of me and said someone would move it - no apology or any other courtesy. The overall experience was horrible and if it weren't for the fact that there was a warranty repair with the car I had just purchased, I would have gone to a dealer closer to my house for mainteance. I hope never to have to use the service department at Mercedes Benz Ft. Washington again!!! More

As it is not sold in PA, they did a thorough investigation, keeping the vehicle a few days. Concluded it was probably poor electric current at my home, which charges the car through knob-n-tube wiring...along with several other electric yard tools. As there was no fix, there was no charge. One observation...the waiting area furniture had a significant amount of old food on the edges of the seat cushions. Exposed surfaces were quite clean, but if your derriere causes the seat cushions to bend, you are rewarded with weeks (months) of previous customers snacks. I took a ride home. Great mechanics, though. More

Too lengthy! No excuse for having two employees tell me that my car would be ready shortly. Two and one half hours of service is too long. And, when I did leave they still did not have my paperwork ready for a final signature. I had spoken to Derrick on Wednesday prior to my Thursday PM appointment, and I told him what needed to be done. When I arrived, nothing was noted in the file concerning what needed to be done, so I had to repeat to the clerk what needed to be accomplished. Twice by two separate employees I was told the car would be finished soon--tick tock--45 minutes later after hearing from the two employees that my car would be done soon, I walked to service desk and demanded that my car be released. More
Amazing Service We were on the road and in NJ when check engine light went on. Made an appt. with this dealership for Mon. morn. and were there bright and early. Th We were on the road and in NJ when check engine light went on. Made an appt. with this dealership for Mon. morn. and were there bright and early. This is where we met our guardian angel, Susan. She and her technician were very timely in locating the problem and Susan was very able to explain it and the possibilities right down to a very good sketch. With a list of possible expenses she promised to do everything they could do to get us back on the road home to NC that day. And they did. Luckily the worst case scenario didn't happen (still a large bill - but necessary). We learned this is a usual "maintenance" expense. Even though Susan was short a couple techs, she kept our guy on the van all day, even cancelling some local appts. We weren't able to get all the way home that day but were home by early P.M. We were very impressed by the Sprinter only garage, wish could find more of them on the road. We have found regular MB dealerships don't always have the knowledge, parts, or understanding that when a Sprinter is in a garage, it's not making money. Sprinters are a work horse, not for leisure. Susan and her crew do understand that. THANK YOU SUSAN! More
