Joanne was fanstastic. Not 5 stars because this is the 2nd time in a row where they didn't get a chance to look at my car until the next day. Express service customers I came in to have my oil topped off as an Express customer a 26 point check which included topping off all fluids including windshield fluid I know it I came in to have my oil topped off as an Express customer a 26 point check which included topping off all fluids including windshield fluid I know it was empty when I came in for my visit i didn't think it would still be empty after the visit spoke with service department today they apologize and told me to bring it back in i appreciate that I'm just concerned about my other fluid cause my coolant light comes on and off before I came for this visit I wonder if that was topped off or even checked cause the light is not steady it pops up some times More
