Coolant Issues Have been having coolant issues for sometime and have had to keep topping off the coolant but they could never find a leak. Finally my heat stopped working and I spoke to Joanne who told me to bring the car in for a check. coolant was topped off again and heat started working. They couldn't find a leak. 3 Days later coolant light came back on> I called Joanne who said to bring it in and she made sure that a through check was done on the car. They found cracks in the coolant tubes. Joanne really took care of me. More

Emergency Repair This rating is a little difficult to rate because there was some gaps in the service standards. My initial encounter upon arrival was great, but when they sent me inside to speak to an agent things went down hill. We have had this agent before and he doesn't make EYE CONTACT AND STARES AT THE COMPUTER WHILE CONVERSING WITH THE CUSTOMER. (Michael O' Brien) His delivery is very harsh and it makes you feel as if he doesn't believe what you are telling him. Now once he refereed the job to the technician this guy was great and confirmed my request for repair. Then there was another hiccup as he tells us they only have loaners for guess with appointments. We have been told this before but we needed an emergency repair and I was in the mist of handling the death of my father. Needless to say we had to leave the car as the repair would take hours and I was stranded at a very difficult time for the family. So we called everyone we knew until someone could come and take me to handle the appointments made to handle the final arrangements for my dad. I asked repeatedly if there was an other options available and was told several times there was nothing available. This was very frustrating since the circumstances were beyond my control. The timing of the repair could not have been anticipated. More
