My salesman has gone out of his way to help I've had an annoying problem with a plastic piece that covers the seatbelt mechanism. It popped off when I used the seatbelt. Although it took 3 tries for the service department to fix the issue, my salesman, Kevin, went out of his way to minimize the disruption to me. I live 30 to 40 minutes away and for each service he either picked up the car himself or arranged for someone else to do it. More
As always, MB of FW gave me fast and perfect service! I came in a day early for my 20K-mile service on my 2017 C43 coupe just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner. My MOST WONDERFUL service advisor- J I came in a day early for my 20K-mile service on my 2017 C43 coupe just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner. My MOST WONDERFUL service advisor- Joanne Zaren- said if I had time to wait, she could fit me in that afternoon. 90 minutes or so later, my car was fully-serviced and washed ready for me to drive home! I can't say enough about how much I love the car (except for the run-flat tires and a VERY balky navigation system) and how I have ALWAYS been treated as a valued customer and friend by the staff at MB of FW. Joanne and her team of service techs are just the BEST!!! More
