20,000 mile service and inspection I appreciate the service I receive at the services center. Everyone was friendly and job was done. A little disappointed. Three to four weeks ago I had my C300 coupe in for standard service and new tires. I was also having problems with the latch to my fuel door closing Three to four weeks ago I had my C300 coupe in for standard service and new tires. I was also having problems with the latch to my fuel door closing properly. They did not have part in stock and told me they would get it in and let me know when it arrived. I never received a call. Meanwhile, I tried to put fuel in my car and I could get the tank open. I had no choice but to take my car in for immediate service. The part had arrived, but when I asked when did it arrive or why didn't I get a call, no one had an answer. I was obviously disappointed that it ended up being an emergency. I expect more follow up from a Mercedes dealership. More

Frank the supervisor in your shop should be credited with his know how of how to satisfy a customer. I have a problem with my 2018 E400 which has been going on since I purchased it last year. It has a caliber problem that no one seemed to figure out.. not a good experience Visited for a spark plug replacement service. First it was poor customer service from the desk, no greeting. Second, Had to wait for loaner car service for half hour even appointment was setup, ask the representatives if he can help me but hes preparing his lunch time break and told me just wait. At least you can make a phone call or something to help right? No he didnt bother to do anything. Then, I was told the car will be service the next day because their schedule is very busy at the time I drop off, however, 2 hours later he called me with bunch of recommendation of other expensive services. Clearly it doesnt make any sense to me about their timing and how accurate are those recommendations. Next day When I pick up the car I saw another recommended service cost about 5k and he didnt contact me about that. Going to get 2nd opinions about recommended service because I feel this place is not as trustworthy anymore as it was. Used to have great impression about this place but this visit is a complete disappointment. Mike is the service representative during my visit. More

I have not had one problem with your drive in service. Everyone is cortiouse and helpfull and you have the best popcorn ever. More
