Good but could be better Went in for planned service visit. There was an available to the Navigation system which if they offered me I would have gotten. Second time this has happened where they have not offered something I know was available via previous communication from Mercedes. While there service is otherwise very good, this dealer only tends to mention the overly expensive additional work you need done rather than giving you all the optional things that are available so that you can pick ones you want for that visit. More
