Insulting and disreguarding concerns Christina Lowe was very insulting and disrespectful. I felt attacked. On multiple conversations about the service Christina insisted that the brakes w Christina Lowe was very insulting and disrespectful. I felt attacked. On multiple conversations about the service Christina insisted that the brakes were not installed by mercedes Benz. I brought it to the service manager's attention and he said that "Christina should have stopped at some point and she didn't know that the brakes were from mercedes Benz" but he never apologized or fixed the problem. When the manager confirmed that the brakes were from mercedes Benz Christina never apologized either. In fact, the concern that I had about the car was for some reason omitted from the service paper that I received. There was no mention of the problem. In Christina's words, "the issue was duplicated but unable to fix because she claims that my brakes were not from mercedes benz." In the manger's words, "the noise is not as loud as before". At this point I'm still hearing the noise and I need the issue fixed. Thank you. More
Not able to figure out the issue I gave my vehicle for the third time. First time it was in the inventory for almost 2-3 weeks and 2nd time also same situation but not able to figure I gave my vehicle for the third time. One more thing is they provided loaner vehicle and they took care of insurance and everything, they didn’t ask me anything like credit card that’s a best part but for the third time they gave loaner car and hold my credit card and they want me to take care of insurance and all, that would cost me around 200$ for a week and this is the worst part. I really fed up with this. More

Sorry...But This Service Was Not Up To Expectations 1. $200 for a winter to summer tire change is excessive. 2. The Start-Stop Function: Since serviced, has not engaged once in either the Eco or Comfort setting. While I understand the mechanic's comment regarding the Start-Stop module meeting operational parameters, it seems to me the next step should have been to determine what other system is under-performing so that the threshold for activating the Start-Stop function is not reached. This apparently was not done. More
