effecient I was on vacation from Ohio when I add an issue with my airmatic system on my s4230. The dealership repaired my car in a quick and timely manner and gave me a loner car for convenience. I was very satisfied with my experience. My only disappointment is that I have owned two S430 Mercedes and have had to repair both cars twice for malfunctioning airmatic problems to the tune of over $4,000. More
People are nice but the cost of repair is unreasonable. I purchased Sprinter trucks for their reliability and durability. They have had neither. Breaks squealing--no help! I have taken the car in 3 times for a squealing noise that occurs when applying the break. Once, it was a recall determined a faulty break. Now, my car squeals when i apply the break DAILY but techs claim they cannot "hear the noise". This is incredibly frustrating and embarrassing! When you drive a luxury car you shouldn't be embarrassed that its squealing!! Now, others who ride on my car comment on the squeal. Please help! More
