Helpful and friendly. I recently moved from New York where Mercedes Benz of White Plains gave me exemplary service. It's one reason I have gone back eight times over the years to buy a new Mercedes. I had trepidations about leaving that service behind, but I found the same high level of commitment at MB of Fort Washington. The set up is a bit different, but the results are the same. Helpful and friendly service, a comfortable waiting room and regular updates on the status of my car. Needless to say, the mechanics did their job quickly and efficiently. I didn't even have to make an appointment for routine scheduled service. More

Express service not so express Express service work was completed satisfactorily but my wife was told it would be an additional 20 minutes for them to wash the car. She waited the 2 Express service work was completed satisfactorily but my wife was told it would be an additional 20 minutes for them to wash the car. She waited the 20 minutes buy they did not wash the car. She could not wait an additional time since she had an appointment to attend. The was the 2nd time we were told they would wash our car but failed to do so. I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles from this dealership over the years and I am disappointed with this situation.
