Reliable, Knowledgable, and Curteous We have used Mercedes of Ft Washington for about 15 years. They have always provided great service for us and kept our cars in excellent shape. More important, we had an issue with an expensive part and they became our advocate. To Mercedes of North America to cover the parts when I noted I had seen an issue by other owners on the web. A charge which could have been over $1000.00 wound up xosting about $100.00. I would recommend them to friends and family. Barry More
Good service and treatment, but I like the convenient way they process you in and out. Loaners are always available. The oil change price is reasonable, but the one time I had front brakes done the cost was insane. I am just about in need of front and rear brakes and I am not going to use the dealer this time. I would prefer to, but I can buy my own parts from a reputable online site and have my trusted private mechanic do the brakes and probably spend less than half. Last time I was in I needed wiper blades. I asked about the cost and was told $80. That's steep for wiper blades, but I understand they are Mercedes parts, so I said OK. Then they charged me $20 to put them on. Come on, It takes 20 seconds to change a wiper blade. Every retail auto store in the world installs them for free. For as much as a Mercedes owner pays for the vehicle and service, you'd think maybe they could give you this one. One other tiny thing, and it's certainly not a big deal: the paperwork indicated that my car was washed and vacuumed. Well, I can attest to the fact that the vacuuming was not done. The same leaf that was sitting on the passenger side floor mat was still there when I picked the car up. No big deal, but don't write that it was done if it wasn't. Overall I am still satisfied with the treatment, and service but prior to buying a certified pre-owned Mercedes, I had leased Audi vehicles for 9 years and I don't remember ever having these complaints, even as minuscule as they are. Usually I give these guys 5 stars, but I just couldn't this time, sorry. More

Poor customer service Every time I call for a problem they dismiss it and say it’s ok to drive I recently had an emergency and I needed to get the car in ASAP and get a lo Every time I call for a problem they dismiss it and say it’s ok to drive I recently had an emergency and I needed to get the car in ASAP and get a loaner so I could go to work and they refused to get my car in and told me it would be a week I called the enterprise man in your building and he worked very hard to get my car towed and gave me a rental free of charge This was not the first time I had to beg for a loaner or try to get an appointment right away I have never had such poor service with any of my cars and this was the most expensive car I owned I would never ever again get a Mercedes and recommend to everyone I know to stay clear, the car is nice but service is beyond horrible I have contacted corporate on many occasions to report this problem No one cares how much I spent on this car,service department is very stand offish and makes you feel like you’re stupid Never ever again I’ll run this car till it dies then move on to Lexus More

Less than happy. Radiator fluid leaking from the over flow Tank and Line. I was told I needed a NEW radiator, explained I see the fluid on the engine block and the wea Radiator fluid leaking from the over flow Tank and Line. I was told I needed a NEW radiator, explained I see the fluid on the engine block and the wear to the Tank. Was told No I need a new radiator, it was pressure tested and leaking badly. Had the new radiator installed. Had to come back to the shop because someone had kicked off the Step Plate on the drivers side. It was found in the lot and put back on. 2 weeks later losing Radiator fluid again came back in and was told I needed a new Over Flow Tank and Line. NO!!! Was replaced at no cost. I would think so since I told them what was wrong 2 weeks ago and got hit for a NEW RADIATOR. Not only cost me additional Time and Rental but had to come back to the shop because someone had kicked off the Step Plate on the drivers side. This time they kindly placed it the car. I didn't notice and had to come back the next morning. I'm out $1300.00 dollars. 2-3 days time. I can't comment on the car except I told them what was wrong and possibly I needed a new radiator. I've been told about "Up Charging" but I can't say that with any confidence. The 2 step plate incidents show a lack of attention to detail and / or fear of telling agents something is wrong. Lack of communication leads leads to bad service. Bad Service eliminates Competitive Advantage which leads to losing Customer Confidence and the Customer. These are expensive cars and maintaining them costs. Customers should't feel "Up-Charged" or Neglected. More
